She is also the founder of Lady Elizabeth Kelly Atelier, a fine-art atelier devoted to original oil paintings of exceptional quality and distinctly antique character. Drawing upon the traditions of classical European painting and the Old Masters, her work unites disciplined technique with symbolism and narrative, exploring themes of faith, nature, mortality, strength and the human condition. Each painting is conceived as an object of enduring presence: a work intended to possess the atmosphere of a history, to be lived with, preserved and, in time, passed from one generation to the next.

Lady Elizabeth holds the rank of Dame (OSJ) in The Sovereign Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, an association reflecting her broader regard for heritage, service and philanthropy.
