Real estate has long formed part of the private interests of the Lady Elizabeth Kelly Family Office, with a growing portfolio of land and property across more than four countries.
Our approach is considered and long-term. We acquire land and property selectively, looking beyond immediate market cycles towards location, underlying value, future potential and, above all, the possibilities of what a place might eventually become.
Some acquisitions are intended to be held. Others present opportunities for development. Where we choose to build, our preference is for smaller, carefully conceived residential projects rather than development at scale.
Our Developments
Our residential projects are particularly influenced by British Georgian interiors and traditional English design.
We are drawn to the quiet elegance of Georgian proportions: panelled walls, decorative mouldings, traditional joinery, rich woods, natural stone, marble, aged brass and beautifully made cabinetry. Heritage greens, burgundy and warm neutral tones lend depth and character, while classical detailing gives even a newly completed apartment a feeling of permanence.
These influences are interpreted for contemporary life rather than reproduced as period interiors.
Behind the traditional character sit modern kitchens, intelligent layouts, discreet technology and the conveniences expected of a contemporary home. The result is something increasingly difficult to find in new residential development: a modern apartment with the atmosphere of an established home.

A beautiful home is not defined simply by its size or price. It is found in proportion, light, materials, craftsmanship and the small details one experiences every day — the weight of a door, the finish of a cabinet, the stone beneath one’s feet or the warmth of a room in the evening.
We want our projects to feel collected rather than decorated, and established rather than newly assembled.
Land & Acquisitions
Alongside development, the Family Office continues to expand its international property interests through the selective acquisition of land and existing real estate.
We are patient owners. Not every piece of land needs to be developed immediately, nor does every property need to serve the same purpose. Certain assets may remain within the family portfolio for many years; others may eventually provide the foundation for a carefully considered residential project.
This freedom to wait is central to our approach.
Our Philosophy
We have little interest in creating anonymous buildings.
Our preference is for a limited number of projects with a recognisable identity — intimate developments where architecture and interiors have been considered with the same care one would give to one’s own home.
